NON-STANDARD EQUIPMENT AND METAL STRUCTURES
CHARACTERISTICS
- We produce non-standard metal structures, such as support frames and service platforms for the process equipment, lined transition junction pipes and chutes, connecting various units of the process equipment
- Non-standard equipment also includes receiving hoppers, weighing hoppers, transfer hoppers, mixer hoppers, raw materials receiving hoppers, crushed glass and screenings of enrichment lines, with the exception of large supply silos
- Inner surfaces of bunkers, hoppers, transitions are lined with wear-resistant materials, or with materials having a reduced adhesion
- Hoppers and transitions can be equipped with various control and measuring equipment and additional process equipment
- The design documents, taking into account the requirements of the process project and the Customer, are developed for the non-standard equipment in each case thanks to our own engineering department
