Design and function

Stromizmeritel specializes in the comprehensive provision of services including the development, manufacturing, installation supervision, and commissioning of various local control systems, power cabinets, panels, blocks, posts, and other means of ensuring the Automated Control Systems for Technological Processes (ACS TP). These systems are specifically designed to efficiently control technological equipment across diverse industries.

The cabinet design ensures a high degree of protection, reaching IP55 standards, effectively safeguarding the equipment installed within the cabinets from moisture and dust. With a flexible and reliable design, Stromizmeritel is able to meet the specific requirements and preferences of each customer, offering cabinets of various configurations. To enhance security, the cabinet doors are equipped with built-in locks, allowing the cabinets to be conveniently located within the facility and granting access solely to qualified personnel.

The use of perforated cable ducts for wiring within the cabinets not only improves the aesthetic appearance but also facilitates quick installation, disassembly, or reassembly of the cabinets on-site, whether in a workshop or switchboard environment. Moreover, the power cabinets are designed to accommodate intermediate relays and three-phase voltage control relays, enabling seamless communication with microprocessor controllers.

Stromizmeritel also manufactures and supplies local control posts, which serve as manual activation points for mechanisms and allow for the adjustment of operating modes of technological equipment. These control posts not only fulfill their control functions but also act as connection boxes, providing easy integration with peripheral monitoring and control devices such as limit and inductive switches, emergency "Stop" switches, and electromagnet coils. The enclosures for these control stations are constructed using durable polycarbonate materials, ensuring a high degree of protection IP65 against external elements.
