AUTOMATION OF THE TECHNICAL PROCESSES

Our own software package (SCADA) has been developed, which allows to create quickly and efficiently the automated process control systems (APCS) for various industries, related to the dosing and transportation of various materials and mixtures: glass and metallurgical furnace batches, refractory and dry mixtures, etc. The APCS can be both centralized and using remote access devices and allow working in automatic, remote and local modes.

The system operation algorithm is set by the line control software. In accordance with the program menu, the operator sets the initial data that determine the line operation mode, makes operational changes, if necessary, controls the execution of the technical process sequence diagram according to the mimic panel, either on the operator's AWS monitor, or on the display built into the control cabinet.

WE OFFER

  • The automated process control systems APCS of «Stromizmeritel» on the basis of PC-compatible «ICP DAS» controllers or on the basis of the programmable logic controllers (PLC) of «Siemens», «B & R», «Omron» and others, depending on the customers requirements
  • Development of the automated control systems for the existing equipment within the frame of the entire production modernization or of the individual lines with a possibility of synchronization with other control systems
  • Local control systems for the autonomous process package units: flow meter control units, continuous and discrete dosing and weighing systems, differential batchers, control systems for pneumatic chamber pumps, control systems for drier drums
  • Development and manufacture of the power electrical equipment of the APCS: electric power cabinets, electric motor control boards, local control posts, which, along with the control, serve as junction boxes for connecting the peripheral monitoring and control devices to them (end, inductive switches, emergency «Stop» switches, magnetic coils, etc.)
  • A simple administration system that allows to create remote client places by efforts of the enterprise staff with a developed system of differentiation of the rights that provide protection against an unauthorized access to settings, recipes, control or monitoring of the line separate parts
  • Automation equipment for automatic control systems: sensors for motion, level, presence of material, belt drift sensors, converters and amplifiers of strain-gauge-type analog signals

A high information content of the APCS: detailed reports on the operation, archiving and logging of the system operation and operator's actions, equipment settings in the form of tables and diagrams

A flexible system of settings and parameters for the process of dosing, mixing, control and adjustment of the furnace batch recipe, technical process sequence diagrams

A remote technical support, diagnostics and system adjustment, including an operational correction of the APCS when changing the equipment composition

A detailed help and a high level of automation allow the employees without special qualifications to quickly master the work and reduce the risk of errors in the line operation

Reliability, that is proven over time. Our systems, taking into account the adjustment of some updates, have been operating in the factories for more than 15 years

The APCS provides for locking of the process equipment, excluding rubbling of the mechanisms and premises with raw materials

The APCS allows a continuous round-the-clock operation in the operating conditions while maintaining technical characteristics

A large set of tools for the operator to visually control the system operation and the technical process (notification window, dosing window, task window, etc.)
