The process of assembly and installation of the process and dosing equipment requires a certain experience and technical knowledge. We provide the supervised installation services for the supplied equipment, automated control systems, automation equipment and power electrical equipment. The specialists of «Stromizmeritel» Ltd verify the construction documentation and construction works for compliance with the engineering design, control the installation of equipment, manufacture of non-standard metal structures when they are not included in the contract. In the case of the works on a "turnkey" basis, our employees perform installation of the supplied equipment, manufactured non-standard metal structures (service platforms, fences, stairs, transitions between the process units of equipment, etc.).
Upon completion of the installation works, the specialists of «Stromizmeritel» Ltd perform the commissioning works, adjust the installed process equipment (layout and tension of the belts, layout of the cleaning devices, verification of the dampers position, direction of the screws rotation, installation of the weighting sensors, etc.), perform "cold" tests of the equipment without material, verify the equipment with material under load, adjust the parameters of the automatic control system and electric power equipment. After completion of the commissioning works, the equipment of the process line is transferred to the Customer for operation.
