GLASSWARE AND SPECIAL GLASSES

To prepare glass batch for manufacture of high-quality glassware, special glasses: medical, ultra-thin glass, glasses with a low iron content, borosilicate glasses, technical glasses, lump silicate as well as products made of art glass and crystal, a great number of various components, glass melt dyes and decolourizers is required with small total capacity starting from 10 tons per day.
For batching of small components with the weight of few grams per batch Stromizmeritel LLC has designed and has been manufacturing special batching and batching-and-mixing complexes for small additives.
To obtain high-quality colourless glass melt, the batch composition shall include raw materials with low iron content subject to prevention and control of the hardware iron ingress. Stromizmeritel LLC solves this problem in its projects by using lines for enrichment of raw materials, special coatings in process equipment and hardware iron control equipment at all stages of production.
