HISTORY
Russian professor Manevich V.E with other employees of the State Institute of Glass began to develop and produce strain-measuring dosing units for glass mixture raw materials.
Meanwhile the problem of outdated equipment was actual for most glass factories in Russia and the CIS countries. So it was decided to make a company, which could solve such problems.
1990
Company “Stromizmeritel” was established as Scientific Production Enterprise. The first founding director, who had great experience in glass industry, was Yuriy Subbotin.
1990-1991
Construction of a bench-testing unit, development of standard series of strain-measuring dosing units for glass mixture raw materials and first control panels for a dosing-mixing line were finished. The professional team was formed among the ex-employers of Gorky Scientific Research Instrument-Making Institute (GNIPI), one of the leading enterprises in the field of precision instruments and systems in the Soviet Union.
1992-1993
There was reorganization of Scientific Production Enterprise “Stromizmeritel” into a limited partnership. Dosing complexes and lines were delivered to Borisovskiy medical glass plant, Irbitskiy glass plant, Kavminsteklo JSC, Magnezit plant. Stromizmeritel started cooperation with Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus.
1994-1995
There was wide international launch of dosing-mixing lines with strain-measuring dosing-and-weighing devices and micro processing control systems, produced by “Stromizmeritel”. Delivery of equipment to asbestos-cement, metallurgical and other industries plants.
1996
Reorganization into ZAO “Stromizmeritel”. Purchase of an administrative building. Design and production of new types of technological equipment. The first time that “Stromizmeritel” was represented as an exhibitor at the international exhibition Glasstec in Düsseldorf, the largest industry forum in the world.
1997-1998
Startup the administrative building, construction of an industrial complex. Production of new equipment (vibrating bottoms, hand sliding shutters and pneumatic sliding shutters, two-way diverters for raw material, electric weight truck) Complex delivery of dosing-mixing lines and automatic control system for float glass production at “Salavatsteklo” in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
1998
Production and exporting of equipment for metallurgy industry.
2000-2002
Foundation of the project department. The first batch plants and raw material plants were designed and realized. Purchase and modernization of new industrial complex in Bogorodsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region.
2002-2006
Expansion of production facilities. Design and production transport and various-application equipment: vibrating feeders, belt conveyors, belt elevators. Complex deliveries of various-application equipment to Russian and foreign glass plants, including «URSA», «Saint-Gobain Isover», «Farm Glass» in Uzbekistan, «Glass-Force» in Nigeria. Long-term cooperation with Italian, Czech, German companies, world suppliers of equipment for glass production.
2006-2008
Organized information, including experience and technical science knowledge in the field of glass making, weight dosing of raw materials, glass mixture preparing, raw material processing (quartz sand, feldspar, dolomite, limestone, cullet etc.) was published in the monograph «Raw materials, glass mixture and glass making» by Manevich V.E., Subbotin K.Y., Efremenkov. V.V. The 1000st dosing unit was completed. Complete production cycle from the project to start up works was realized in ZAO «Kovrovsky dolomite moloty».
2009-2011
New products for batch plants, machine departments and raw material processing: crushers of different construction, vibrating sieves, glass mass granulators, batch feeders etc. First project for dry refractory mixtures production at «Severstal» in Cherepovets, Vologda region.
2012-2014
Reorganization into LLC “Stromizmeritel”. Building new areas of expertise. Design and production the equipment and automatic control systems for asphalt and concrete plants. Integration of the company’s production areas at the single industrial site in Nizhny Novgorod. Improvement of material recourses and facilities.
2015-2016
The project for modernization of glass mixture and cullet transfer lines in production of float glass at “AGC Glass Russia”. Joint “Stromizmeritel” and «Lahti Precision» complete plant for polished glass production and equipment contract with “Azerfloat” in Azerbaijan.
2018
Capacity expansion project of a plant for production and air classification of dolomite powder and equipment purchase contract with “Kovrovsky dolomite moloty”, Vladimir region. Reconstruction of batch plants and modernization of automatic control systems for several plants, producing flat glass and glass containers in Russia and the Eurasian Union countries. Joint “Stromizmeritel” and «Stewart Engineers» float glass plant project in Kyzylorda (the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2019-2020
Joint “Stromizmeritel” and «Shanghai Pony Technology» project and equipment purchase contract in the part of batch plant reconstruction and butch feeding in float glass production with “Kvarts” in Uzbekistan. The cooperation agreement on the glass plant construction in Bujumbura (Burundi) was signed between LLC “Stromizmeritel” and «TLLINNO S.A.» (Burundi). Joint “Stromizmeritel” and «HORN» (Germany) equipment purchase contract with “Sirdaryo universal oyna” under the second phase of a glass container plant construction. First complex technological project was made for Dry Mortar Mixing Plant in Dmitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region.
