ACTIVATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF BULK MATERIALS
APPLICATION
- Dozens of raw materials with different physical properties are used for the production of glasses and multi-component mixtures. Many bulk materials are prone to sticking and hanging in receiving hoppers, silos, weighing hoppers
- The vibrating bottoms of various sizes are manufactured for shaking the bulk powdery and fine-grained materials when unloading the supply silos and hoppers
- The rippers and agitators of various designs, which allow to loosen the compacted material before unloading from hoppers or loading into a batcher, are used for the bulk materials prone to compaction and arching, for example, soda
- «Stromizmeritel» Ltd manufactures pneumatic impactors and pneumatic hammers of various designs and standard sizes to combat sticking and hanging of material in hoppers
- A large range of the process equipment has been developed for the transport flows of the bulk raw materials: flow switches (more than 10 modifications – two-position and three-position ones), plow ejectors on the conveyors, pneumatic and manual slide gates, butterfly valves, sector gates, double-leaf gates, pneumatic docking units. This equipment allows to optimally implement the process solutions for transport flows of the raw materials with different physical properties.
- The pneumatic transport units of various capacities are used for receiving and distributing well-flowing bulk and low-abrasive raw materials. These solutions are widely used under the conditions of cramped production areas, with strict requirements for absence of dusting, when a high-performance loading of material into receiving silos is needed
