APPLICATION
- «Stromizmeritel» Ltd manufactures turning gears for dropping glass drops, as well as various designs of vibrating and scraper devices for granulation of the molten glass mass and dispersal of the hot discarded products in the production of glass containers and sheet glass
- Vibrational granulators (of tray type and piped type) have a compact structure and are more frequently used in the production of glass containers and high-quality tableware in the cramped conditions of basement premises
- The piped vibrational granulators mainly perform the function of intermediate transport mechanisms between the glass mass drop point from the glass forming machine and the scraper granulator
- The scraper glass mass granulator manufactured by «Stromizmeritel» Ltd is a scraper conveyor with a length from 6 up to 30 m, consisting of an electric drive and two plate-type chains with scrapers, immersed in a cold water bath
- The turning gears with a manual or pneumatic drive are used in the emergency cases, during the scheduled repairs of glass mass granulation equipment, as well as in the cases of using the glass mass coloring technique in the feeder channel to rotate the guiding pipes for dropping the molten glass drops and hot defective products into the reserve tanks filled with water
