PLANT CONTROL SYSTEM. AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT
Stromizmeritel company develops the automated process control systems APCS on the basis of PC-compatible «ICP DAS» controllers or on the basis of programmable logic controllers (PLC), as well as local control systems allowing to automate most of the technical processes.
The APCS are completed with developed automation facilities and local controlling systems for the process equipment: for batchers and strain-gauge-type weighing carts, continuous and differential dosing units, autonomous weighing and dosing process control units, control panels for pneumatic chamber pumps and drier drums, control panels for retractable and turning conveyors.
Application
- The WT-4007 weighing indicator is used as a secondary measuring transducer as a part of a weighting batcher
- The WT-4008 weighing indicator is used to prepare multi-component mixtures with the use of a strain-gauge-type weighing cart
- The BU-1051 control unit is used in flow meters, continuous weighing and dosing systems
- The BU-1053 control unit is used as a part of differential batchers
- The KV-1052 weighting controller is a completely autonomous device for controlling the weighing and dosing process
- The Strain-Gauge-Type Signals Normalizer-1580 performs precision amplification and signal conditioning
- The Strain-Gauge-Type Signals Conversion Unit-6000 performs conversion of analog signals into digital code
- The PU-1030 pneumatic chamber pump control system, consisting of a control panel and a set of sensors and valves, is applied to all types of pneumatic chamber pumps
- The automation and safety system of drying package units consists of the SHU-1036 control system, automation means, gas shut-off and control valves
- Control panels for shuttle conveyors, retractable and turning conveyors
- Monitoring sensors for movement, level, presence of material, sensors for belt drift monitoring of various designs and applications
